Kyle Fischer is the Managing Partner at Alpine Partners. Before Co-founding Alpine, he was named top 3 in the city of Houston for Broker of the Year by completing over $350M worth of transactions in his first five years of being a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Fischer is passionate about helping and guiding people to become the best they can be, which he proved in his previous career as a highly successful High School football coach. Fischer helped his players garner over $1.5M worth of athletic scholarships in his coaching career. Fischer has brought that same care for others into Real Estate. Fischer ensures that all Alpine's clients are treated with great respect and guided through the transaction process to get the best deal possible. Kyle resides in the Uptown area and is a boxing and football fan. Some of the charities close to Kyle's heart are The Angel House - which supports and shelters abused Women and Children, and The love and Rescue animal fostering group.

Derick Perkins is a Partner at Alpine Partners. Before co-founding Alpine, he served as the Director of Brokerage for a boutique brokerage firm in Houston. He lead a team that transacted more than $300M worth Commercial Real Estate deals in 2021. Prior to his time in business, Perkins was a college football coach at Texas Tech University, where he worked on the Offensive Staff. Since starting Alpine, Derick has transacted more than 1,000,000 square feet of Industrial Acquisitions, Leasing, and Investment Sales across Texas, with a focus on low-coverage Industrial Outdoor Storage Assets. He and his wife Erin, both grew up in the heart of the Permian Basin, Midland, TX. He and Erin, who is an OB-GYN Physician Texas Children’s Hospital, reside in the West University.

Matthew Franques is a Partner at Alpine Partners. A native of The Woodlands, Franques brings a wealth of transactional experience to Alpine. Before co-founding Alpine, he was an associate for a commercial real estate firm in Houston. As an associate, he closed over $40mm worth of Commercial Real Estate transactions in 2021. Matthew also has an extensive oil and gas background and is currently a Registered Landman with AAPL. Working for an upstream operator in Oklahoma, he purchased and closed more than 1,000 net mineral acres in the STACK and SCOOP plays and managed an extensive mineral portfolio. Matthew holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Jonas Fertitta is a Director at Alpine Partners, bringing a well-rounded background in acquisitions, development, and capital projects across industrial, land, and mixed-use real estate. With a deep network across the brokerage and end-user communities, Jonas offers a sharp, market-informed perspective that supports Alpine’s growth and long-term investment vision. He began his career at Williamsburg Enterprises, a privately held family office, where he was involved in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of retail assets totaling over $100 million. His experience spans the full lifecycle of commercial real estate, with a strong foundation in both value-add and ground-up opportunities. A native Houstonian and graduate of Louisiana State University, Jonas remains actively engaged in the region’s evolving real estate landscape.

Andres is an Associate at Alpine Partners, specializing in industrial investment sales and project leasing. Born and raised in Houston, Andres grew up in a family with industrial real estate roots. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate development has provided him with a unique perspective and passion for the industry. At Alpine, he leverages his education and familial background to gain a comprehensive understanding of his clients' wants and needs. Dalton originally joined Alpine as an intern in the summer of 2023. After completing his degree at Oklahoma State University, he rejoined the team as an Associate. In his free time, Dalton enjoys watching football and playing golf. A charity he holds close to his heart is Hope for the Day, a non-profit movement empowering conversations on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education.

Lucas is a seasoned real estate professional with deep expertise in industrial brokerage, serving both institutional and private investors. He began his career in 2010, spending six years in brokerage roles across local and national firms, where he developed a strong command of property valuation, market positioning, and transaction execution. This foundation provided him with a comprehensive understanding of how assets are priced, marketed, and sold across market cycles.

In 2018, Lucas transitioned to the principal side, focusing on acquisitions and playing a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and securing multiple properties for his employers. This experience expanded his skill set to include detailed underwriting, due diligence, negotiation of service agreements, and optimization of operating expenses. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the procurement and closing of more than $390 million in real estate transactions across Texas and Oklahoma.

Lucas’s combined brokerage and principal-side experience positions him well for a seamless transition into new asset classes, as his skill set is directly transferable across valuation, underwriting, capital markets, and deal execution. His ability to view transactions from both the advisory and ownership perspectives allows him to navigate complex deals with efficiency and confidence.

He is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Communications (2009) and is currently enrolled in the Rice Executive MBA program, with an expected graduation in 2027. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys exploring new culinary experiences, staying physically active, and spending time with his wife and two children.

From managing listings and coordinating schedules to assisting with marketing efforts, she ensures every detail is handled with precision and efficiency. Her strong organizational skills and proactive approach help drive results across the firm’s fast-paced commercial real estate projects. Before joining Alpine Partners, Amanda built a strong foundation in the fulfillment and logistics sector, where she developed a deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain demands, and the day-to-day needs of industrial tenants. This hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective when supporting brokers working on industrial listings, allowing her to anticipate tenant concerns and communicate more effectively with prospects. Her background adds valuable insight to the team, especially when navigating the complexities of industrial real estate.
